Refund policy

Thanks for shopping with us! Since each item is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged. If you happen to receive something that's not quite right, please shoot us an email at teulkerstreasures@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Attaching photos would help speed up the process.

If your return is accepted, we'll follow up with instructions on how to send it back to us. Just a heads up—items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted and no return will be issued.
